This 75-minute workshop will teach you how to navigate both the mental and physical challenges of arm balances + inversions. This workshop will consist of a short 15-20 minute yoga warm-up to prime your physical body and will then focus on identifying, strengthening, and engaging major muscle groups to develop your arm balance + inversion practice. You’ll become more aware of how to use your body and your mind together to safely work your way into crow, side crow, hurdler’s pose, headstand and handstand.
There's a lot to learn and a lot of time to practice during this highly-demanded workshop. All levels are welcome!
