What it is: LIIFT: Lift Intentionally Including Form + Technique. This class begins with a dynamic 30 minute Power Yoga flow followed by a 20 minute block of focused strength work and 10 minutes of cooldown + stretching. Unlike Yoga CircHIIT, this class marries a flowing Power Yoga sequence with a single 20 minute heavy weight effort that targets 2-3 muscle groups only (targeted muscles will change in every class). You’ll learn proper form and technique to strengthen targeted muscle groups safely and effectively, making this an all levels class whether you’re experienced with weights or trying them for the first time. There are no burpees or jumping jacks in this format; it’s purely yoga + strength.

The initial goal of this 21-day Introduction to Eating for Health program is to provide high-level education on what eating for health means and introduce flavorful, nutrient-dense recipes and a way of preparing them that feels both accessible and sustainable. The ultimate goal is a sustained change in how each participant begins to select and prepare their chosen foods, based not on what current diet culture tells us is “good” or “bad” but rather based on individual experience when it comes to how certain foods make you feel.
We believe lasting changes can be made when you truly believe in the impact those changes have. And when it comes to nutrition, we believe the most powerful way to make a lasting shift in your diet comes only when you begin to understand how certain foods impact you both physically and mentally. We will work with the concept of bio-individuality, which considers us all to be unique individuals who experience the impacts of various food differently.
This program will emphasize the nutritional quality of food through delicious, uncomplicated recipes and will take an Eating for Health approach to each meal. Throughout the 21 days, each participant will prepare their own meals using guidance from the program and ongoing, active engagement with all program participants through a private Facebook group. Sophie Rupp, owner of ONX and co-owner of ONX + Amelia, obtained a degree as a certified holistic nutrition consultant in 2021 and will be leading the program.
