What it is: Join us for a beginner-friendly introduction to meditation, where we'll explore the basics of meditation theory, its benefits, and how to integrate it into daily life. This class offers guided practices to help you develop focus, mindfulness, and relaxation. You'll learn simple techniques like mindful breathing, body awareness, and observing thoughts with curiosity. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this class will provide the tools you need to cultivate inner peace and enhance overall well-being
When: Friday, December 6th from 6-7pm at OM (two doors down from the main ONX entrance)

- An overview of purpose and benefits of meditation
- Guided meditations to help quiet the mind and reduce stress

- A welcoming space to ask questions and share experiences
How to prepare/what to bring:
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Don't come full or starving- something light to eat beforehand is recommended.
- You're welcome to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle (not required).
