Simmer Down Workshop with Jen P (in studio)

Join us this Sunday for a 80 minute practice to calm your body and mind. The first half will consist of floor based movements allowing time for alignment and strength. (aroma therapy will be available to those interested) We will practice breath to support down regulation of emotion and energy.

The second half will be a deep rest using meditation, yoga nidra and Reiki Infused Sound bath with crystal bowls. Sound baths reduce stress and anxiety while increasing focus and clarity. You will experience a decrease in tension and fatigue and an elevated feeling of well being.
