Join Jen P for a 75-minute healing experience through sound. Part meditation, part listening exercise, Sound Baths can help to calm overstimulated nervous systems. Sound Baths help to facilitate a shift in your brainwave state, and make it easier to enter a meditative and deeply relaxed state without complicating how to get there.
Please feel free to bring any additional props you may have or prefer to use - we do offer pillows and blankets if you do not have any of your own. You are also welcome to bring any personal items (crystals or other) that you would like to benefit from the sound healing.
