What it is: an all-levels heated Vinyasa-style yoga class that matches breath with movement. Some yoga experience is encouraged, but not required. The Posture Series is a group of classes that build on one another to work towards specific peak yoga postures. Each week's posture will vary. This specific class will focus on Hurdlers Pose.
