Burnout RX is a pop-up class that incorporates a single exercise repetitively throughout the Burnout workout to maximize muscle fatigue and calorie burn.
This class is live-streamed via Zoom and is a regularly-priced class. Pre-registration is required; participants can register up to seven days in advance for class. The Zoom link can be found on our website under the CLASSES tab.
A set of weights (heavy or light) is suggested.
