Burnout RX is a pop-up class that incorporates a single exercise repetitively throughout the Burnout workout to maximize muscle fatigue and calorie burn.
This class is held both in studio + live-streamed via Zoom. Pre-registration is required. The Zoom link can be found on our website under the CLASSES tab.
If you’re joining via Zoom, a set of weights (heavy or light) is suggested.
