This Yoga Sculpt class will be a full body workout, as always, with a specific focus on arms and abs.

This class is held in studio and live-streamed via Zoom and is a regularly-priced class. Pre-registration is required; participants can register up to 7 days in advance. The Zoom link can be found on our website under the CLASSES tab.

If you’re joining via Zoom, a set of weights (light and/or medium) is suggested.
