An all-levels, slower-paced Power Yoga class that allows you to both challenge your body and chill out your mind. This class ends with a Sound Bath, which is part meditation + part listening exercise to help calm overstimulated nervous systems. Sound Baths make it easier to enter a deeply relaxed state without complicating how to get there.
Class is held both in studio + live via Zoom. Pre-registration is required.. The Zoom link can be found under the CLASSES tab on our website.
