What it is:the best hour of your day disguised as a seriously killer workout with absolutely no judgement. No dance experience required - just a love of moving your own way to really good music. This specific class will start with 30 minutes of a cardio dance routine, followed by a HIIT workout to burn out your muscles.

All Levels: no dance experience necessary (we promise). Every move can be modified depending on your fitness level.
