We’re celebrating International Yoga Day with this special pop-up class. HotYasa fuses together a flowing Vinyasa-style (Power Yoga) class with classic Hot Yoga postures. It’s slightly more heated than a traditional Power Yoga class, and the combination of breath-to-movement flow with specific postures that are held for longer periods of time allows you to deeply open and stretch your entire body.
Class is 75 minutes, ending with a 15 minute Sound Bath + cold lavender towels.
Class is held in studio only. Pre-registration is required.
