A Hip Pop Yoga warm-up will flow through yoga postures and add small movements to each to up the intensity and strengthen your stabilizing muscles. After the warm up, we’ll hit the Yoga Sculpt portion of class and work the bigger muscles in the body with both strength-work and cardio. You'll get a ton of yoga, and a lot of strengthening - we'll bet you'll leave feeling like you've gotten the best workout of your week.
This class is regularly priced and is held both in studio and live-streamed via Zoom. The Zoom link can be found on our website under the CLASSES tab. Pre-registration is required.
