What it is: a slower-paced Power Yoga class that allows you to both challenge your body and chill out your mind. Class will be themed on a specific Mantra, and will end with a Sound Bath, which is part meditation + part listening exercise to help calm overstimulated nervous systems. Sound Baths make it easier to enter a deeply relaxed state without complicating how to get there.
