What it is: a beat-based, full-body workout and movement class that uses light weights and high reps. This class is defined by unique, flowing patterns of movement that will build full body strength with a low impact approach. Mobility work will complement the strength work, and optional cardio efforts will be woven into class. FlowFHIIT is not heated, and uses Bala Bars and Bala Power Rings, which are specific to this class format.
