What it is: Balance is never achieved by "holding it." Join Jivamukti Yoga teacher Victoria Blackbird as she shows you how to balance by "letting go," and allow your body to become an open conduit for the flow of energy. Explore classic balances like headstand, shoulder stand, and crow, as well as signature Jivamukti Yoga sequences like Seat of Isis, Bending Tree, and Moon Rise. Learn the foundations of balancing, and your practice will always be grounded. This class is taught strict vinyasa, breath to movement, with hands on supportive assists as well as intention setting, chanting and meditation inviting you to go deeper into your practice.
