What is it: This chakra series will consist of 8 yoga classes that teach about the body's seven chakras and how to balance them culminating in an ultimate balancing class. Chakras are energy centers that are thought to affect the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person. Each chakra is associated with a color, a mantra, and a body part. We will work towards an equilibrium with the understanding that energy is always in flux and garner tools to support our daily lives.
