What it is: A class you'll only find at ONX and ONX + Amelia. It's yoga sculpt with a twist: a heated yoga warm-up followed by a 30 minute circuit-style upper + lower body strength and cardio work built upon the familiar yoga postures of Sun B. Music-driven core work and stretching round out the hour. This class will include popular holiday hits as well as incorporate High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) into each circuit.

This class is held in studio + live-streamed via Zoom, and pre-registration is required. The Zoom link can be found on our website under the CLASSES tab.
