What it is: a class you'll only find at ONX and ONX + Amelia, and rated the top class in the Twin Cities by ClassPass users. A heated, beat-based yoga warm-up is followed by a 2-3 block circuit-style strength and cardio workout. Music-driven core work and stretching round out the hour.
