Join us for a morning of guided meditation, and learn how you can apply meditation tools and techniques learned during the workshop into your daily life, whether you're exploring a meditation practice for the first time or looking to deepen your current practice.
This workshop is for all levels, no meditation experience required. Please expect some light movement to prepare your body, followed by a discussion on logistics (how to sit, what to do and what not to do).
Participants are encouraged to bring a journal or notebook, a yoga mat, and a favorite meditation pillow if you have one (not required).
All levels welcome - $20 members | $25 non-members. Pre-registration is required.
