Pop-up: Hot Yoga

Join us on Sunday evening for a pop-up hour-long Hot Yoga class. Hot Yoga is a 60 minute practice that moves through the 26 postures of the Bikram Yoga sequence. Unlike Power Yoga, which links flowing breath with movement, each Hot Yoga posture is held for a longer period of time, deepened both by breath and by the heat of the room.
