What it is: This class fuses together a flowing Vinyasa-style (Power Yoga) class with classic Hot Yoga postures. It’s slightly more heated than a traditional Power Yoga class, and the combination of breath-to-movement flow with specific postures that are held for longer periods of time allows you to deeply open and stretch your entire body. This specific class will incorporate meditation throughout class.
