What it is: Join Nicole for a 75-minute Yoga Sculpt + Yoga CircHIIT combo. Class will begin with a Yoga Sculpt-based warm up, matching movement to the beat, and will follow with a few blocks of extended CircHIIT work. More yoga and a longer cool down will follow.
